We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner with a passion for software development and expertise in Agile methodologies. Your role will involve coordinating with overseas teams, guiding projects, and ensuring quality. Strong English communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts are essential. Responsibilities Define and refine product scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives. Convert business requirements into clear, compelling user stories that help development teams understand the product vision and motivate them to create impactful, innovative solutions. Lead and manage Scrum teams, utilizing tools such as Jira and Confluence for effective tracking and documentation. Develop and maintain detailed product schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery. Oversee quality assurance, monitoring progress, and providing regular updates on key milestones. Organize and facilitate Sprint Review presentations to demonstrate product progress and gather feedback. Implement changes as needed to meet product objectives and improve processes. Evaluate product outcomes and communicate results and insights to stakeholders. Proactively identify and address potential product issues and risks. Qualifications Proven experience in Product Owner, preferably with experience coordinating across global teams. Expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with strong skills in Jira and Confluence. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences. A problem-solver with a proactive approach to risk and issue management. Ability to adapt to change and make quick, strategic decisions to drive project success. Proficiency in both English and Chinese, written and spoken. Ability to generate wireframe, Jira tasks with proper content, and backoffice/API experiences
