Role KICKS CREW is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, People to lead the people operations and talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing people strategies and programs to support the growth and development of our Taiwan-based team. You will partner closely with regional and global leadership to ensure consistent policies and practices across our global offices.
Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and offboarding Full-cycled/functioned management of all Human Resource related issues/matters – e.g. orientation, training lessons, payroll administration, employee’s statutory insurance enrollment. Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored to the local market. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in Taiwan Serve as a strategic business partner to leadership, providing HR expertise and data-driven recommendations Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture aligned with KICKS CREW’s core values Lead and develop the local Taiwan HR team, providing coaching and mentorship Collaborate with global HR colleagues to standardize policies, processes, and systems worldwide
About you
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 6-8+ years of progressive experience in human resources, talent management or people operations. Demonstrated success leading people initiatives and programs in a multinational, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. Must proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese, both verbal and written. Familiarity with Taiwan’s labor laws and best practices in HR management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset. Proven track record of developing high-performing teams and fostering positive workplace culture.
