Senior /Junior Investment Analyst(台北)

Primary Responsibilities: Engage in the whole private equity investment process from the target screening to the deal closing (mainly in healthcare service industry): 1.Conduct industry analysis, financial due diligence and other ad-hoc assigned studies and draft due diligence reports 2.Coordinate law firm for legal due diligence and review legal reports 3.Prepare/review financial forecasts and target valuation 4.Draft investment report and present to the investment committee 5.Interrogate investment databases including Pitchbook and Capital IQ Post-investment management: 1.Analyze periodical financial performance of investee companies 2.Attend board/shareholders meetings of the investee companies 3.Implement projects initiated by the board of directors for the investee companies Liaising with the companies and professional service partners including the investment banks, industry consultants, lawyers, and auditors
