Job Responsibilities

Deliver excellent sales and after-sales service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate support and communication.

Manage sales documentation, order processing, quotations, and CRM updates.

Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners for shipment preparation, tracking, and delivery.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, updates, and system specifications.

Communicate product value and benefits clearly to customers, distributors, and partners.

Follow company workflows, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience in after-sales service, customer support, or sales assistance is preferred.

Basic understanding of sales and customer service processes.

Strong English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing is required.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Service-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling administrative tasks efficiently.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Valid car driver’s license.

Compensation and Work Details

Monthly Salary: NT$32,000 to NT$58,000 (based on experience and performance)

Work Location: Daya District, Taichung City, Taiwan (near Central Taiwan Science Park)

Work Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday

Business Travel: required
