Quality Manager

Supervise incoming quality control (Inspector), in-process quality control (IPQC), final product quality control (FQC), and outgoing quality control (OQC). Establish Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Control Limits (CL) standards. Develop a real-time monitoring system for cleanroom environments. Set up a Failure Analysis (FA) laboratory and enhance professional skills. Promote Quality Control Circle (QCC) project improvement initiatives. Create and maintain quality management systems and related documents, such as FMEA, 8D, and CAR. Foster a company culture where everyone is responsible for quality control. Review and execute IQC and OQC operations. Manage and track QC-related matters. Participate in customer audits and implement corrective action plans for audit findings.
