【MarCom】Specialist, Marketing and Communications

We’re looking for a self-motivated marketing and communications professional with proven achievements to craft compelling narratives for DKSH Taiwan and its business units via 360 marketing approach. Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you’ll strategize various marketing programs from concept to post-launch. Collaborate with cross-functional local and global teams to tackle daily challenges, we seek only a passionate, results-driven professional with superior service orientation and a commitment to delivering outstanding service quality for both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Support to strategize and implement MarCom plans with clear objectives, aligned with Group branding and local market needs • Work with the manager and stakeholders to execute routine and event-based marketing programs that support curated theme such as business growth, operational excellence, branding, and reputation • Manage internal and external campaigns, including integrated marketing, corporate communication, co-marketing, content creation, brand marketing, social media, short videos, and public relations to enhance brand reputation • Ensure adherence to DKSH brand standards locally, including providing training and consultation for local teams upon demand • Oversee and maintain local websites, intranet, and content library to ensure consistent and up-to-date messaging • Support DKSH Taiwan sustainability event execution on a quarterly basis. Be the main contact window for NGO communication and ensuring timely execution Required Qualifications: • Solid understanding of online and offline marketing channels and their application in various marketing projects. • Proven ability to produce bilingual internal/external marketing deliverables, including copywriting, pitch decks, award contest materials, e-newsletters, social media content, multimedia, interviews, campaigns, websites, trade fairs, webinars, townhalls, presentations, press releases, posters, brochures, and ads. • Fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin. Definition of “fluent:” quality copywriting in both languages, present in English at global meetings, and interpreting English to Mandarin in live events. • A strong sense of aesthetics and understanding of effective visuals across different marketing mediums. • Proficient in image and video editing using Canva and other consumer software is a strong plus. If no previous experience, you’re expected to pick up the fundamentals in a month to ensure smooth work operation • Knows Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) • Experiences with content management system or platform is a huge plus (e.g. Salesforce, SharePoint, WordPress, Magento, etc.) • Experience with project management tool is a plus (Asana, Wrike, Notion, Trello, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, etc.) Remarks • Good communication skills across all organizational levels. • Entrepreneurial and pragmatic with strong ownership, attention to detail, and responsibility for high-quality work. • Result-driven, dedicated, independent, and accountable with strong prioritization and deadline commitment. • Proactive, positive, with a strong can-do mentality in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Bachelor’s Degree and/or graduate degree in marketing, mass communication, public relation, advertising, management, or related.
