International Biomedical Product Manager Responsibilities: Platform Development and Optimization: Lead the establishment and optimization of a cancer screening platform, utilizing Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technology for precise analysis and targeted sequencing. Ensure the platform remains at the forefront of technology and meets the latest scientific and clinical demands. Maintain and update platform technology to align with evolving research and clinical requirements. Project Management: Oversee the scheduling and workflows of projects to ensure timely and high-standard completions. Manage the monitoring of project progress and address technical or coordination issues promptly to keep projects on track. Facilitate the adoption of international standards and practices in project management, emphasizing on precision medical reagent collaborations and OEM opportunities. Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with bioinformatics, clinical laboratories, business departments, and external partners to ensure effective resource integration and project advancement. Establish and maintain strong communication channels and collaborative relationships, both locally and internationally, to enhance information flow and coordination. Qualifications: Master’s or Ph.D. in Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Research, or a related field. Minimum of three years’ experience in relevant fields, including proficiency with NGS technology and project management. Familiarity with clinical trial processes and applicable regulations. Exceptional communication skills, capable of achieving objectives collaboratively.
