We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Database Manager (Salesforce implementation focus). This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of our customer data within our CRM system, with a particular focus on the management of data during our ongoing implementation of Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven individual with a strong understanding of CRM principles, data migration best practices, and experience working with both legacy CRM systems and Salesforce. You will play a vital role in ensuring the continued success of our Salesforce implementation by meticulously planning and executing data migration, data cleansing, and data validation processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. CRM Data Management & Governance:
  • Establish and maintain data quality standards and procedures within Salesforce.
  • Develop and implement data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
  • Monitor data quality metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform data cleansing and deduplication activities to maintain a clean and accurate database.
  • Develop and maintain data dictionaries and data flow diagrams.
  1. CRM System Administration:
  • Assist with Salesforce configuration and customization to support data management requirements.
  • Manage user access and permissions within Salesforce.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide support to users.
  • Stay up-to-date on Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies.
  1. Reporting & Analysis:
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track data quality and performance metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for improving data quality and efficiency.
  1. Communication & Collaboration:
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, to facilitate effective collaboration across different teams.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Lead discussions with other departments on decisions that impact data strategy. Other departments might be sales, marketing, client experience, finance, and internal products.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of data requirements and processes.
