Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Complete all required safety training and ensure all work is conducted in accordance with Micron’s safety policies. Develop a working team culture that emphasizes individual strengths by aligning team member skills with roles and responsibilities that are valued and contribute to overall team success. Develop and grow relationships with key internal and external partners to make sure the technology transfer and development are consistent with Micron goals and priorities. Define and align projects and programs to meet transfer and TTMCY goals. Collaborate closely with R&D and TDT teams to improve Fab processes and equipment, ensuring transfer goals are achieved. Foster positive relationships with partners across all OMT modules, divisions, OCT, and R&D engineering teams. Support continuous improvement efforts through Maintenance Optimization Plans, including SOPs, Manuals, Equipment Performance, Business Processes, and BKMs. Coach, mentor, empower, and supervise team members. Preferred Education and Experience
•Degree: B.S. or M.S. in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Productions & Operations Management, or equivalent work experience •At least 5 years’ experience in Dry Etch •At least 3 years’ experience as a leader or manager •Proven ability to partner successfully with other groups (site, network, global) and build strong peer relationships •Ability to motivate and challenge teams to improve the efficiency of the organization •Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization •Strong negotiation skills, able to influence others using creative approaches •Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and analytical skills while providing insights to drive strategic direction
