Global Brand Marketing Lead, Tech Lifestyle
The Global Brand Marketing Lead will lead the strategic overhaul and revitalization of our global brand. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of brand strategy, market dynamics, and creative excellence. The successful candidate will drive the rebranding process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and resonating with target audiences across all markets. Cooler Master is going to be reshaped and reborned as a Tech/Lifestyle brand!
Key Responsibilities:
-Rebranding Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive rebranding strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and values. Conduct extensive market research to understand brand perception, competitive landscape, and consumer insights. Define the brand architecture, positioning, and messaging framework.
-Project Management: Lead and manage the rebranding project from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, design, communications, product development, and external agencies. Set clear project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
-Brand Identity and Design: Oversee the creation of a cohesive visual and verbal identity that differentiates the brand in the marketplace. Ensure consistency in brand application across all touchpoints, including packaging, advertising, digital platforms, and in-store experiences. Work closely with creative teams to develop innovative and impactful brand assets.
-Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate the rebranding vision and strategy to internal stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment at all organizational levels. Engage with external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and media, to build awareness and excitement around the rebrand. Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan for the rebrand launch.
-Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the rebrand. Monitor brand health metrics, market share, and customer feedback to assess the impact of rebranding efforts. Provide regular reports to senior leadership on rebrand progress and performance.
-Continuous Improvement: Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually refine and enhance the brand strategy. Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the brand team. Ensure the brand evolves with changing market dynamics and consumer preferences.
