1.半導體、面板、設備商或化工廠，氣體化學運轉3年以上相關運轉、擴充工程及系統改善經驗 2.運作設備相關經驗大於五年亦可 3.有現場管理經驗優先 【Responsibilities and Tasks】 Maintenance, Design, and Construction •Provide system designs for safe operations and maintenance •Develop equipment and component specifications •Ensure designs comply with all applicable standards, codes, and regulations •Be responsible for the maintenance of capacity planning databases (with Base Build capacities, POU assignments, and actual field conditions) •Track system capacity relative to current supply loads and forecasted loads •Prepare periodic system status presentations (system capacity, actual load, and projected loads based on all approved scenarios, key system accomplishments, and challenges/issues) •Support manufacturing scenario planning according to standard process •Evaluate system and distribution capacity impacts based on scenario changes •Provide scope for facilities infrastructure additions or modifications •Evaluate Space Planning for future equipment and scenario changes Provide Project Support •Collaboration and communication with Global Facility (GFAC) team and manufacturing stakeholder •Provide detailed designs and specifications for the installation of new facilities infrastructure •Execute designs according to standard processes and BKM (Best Know Method) O&M (Operation and maintenance) •Following Facility and EHS Management of Change procedures (MOC) •Provide support for cost, schedule estimates and justification for scenario changes •Provide supervision and coordination of consultant resources •Prepare Project Scope and ensure necessary input from appropriate stakeholders •Work with appropriate personnel to address Model Base Problems Solving (MBPS) or make corrections •Perform system inspections per applicable code requirements and sign off on inspection report •Monitor progress and provide engineering and design support during construction •Support equipment startup and commissioning Provide Technical Support, Leadership, and Expertise Provide consultation and support to Operations, Maintenance and Manufacturing •Analyze systems to identify improvements that will result in better performance, efficiency gains, reduced maintenance, and cost savings •Conduct risk assessment, failure mode and effects Model Base Problems Solving (MBPS) •Eliminate Single Points of Failure (SPOF) and mitigation risk •Work with Manufacturing and Global Facility (GFAC) team on excursion root cause identification, elimination, and prevention •Attend design review meetings and participate in table reviews for all First-of-a-Kind (FOAK) material designs •Act as site representative to support corporate requests and assignments •Benchmark with other Micron sites on operational, procedural, engineering, and design BKM of Facilities buildings and systems •Support other sites and projects with personnel, consultation, documentation, etc. as needed •Review and participate in the development and maintenance of BKM (Best Know Method) O&M (Operation and maintenance) •Maintain applicable domain knowledge (chemical theory, instrumentation control theory, high purity principles, etc.) •Maintain equipment support knowledge (reaction modes/mechanisms, hazard protocol, leak detection, etc.) Experience •Above 3 years experience in Gas/Chemical supply system, include O&M, expansion and improvement experience •Above 5 years experience in Semiconductor/ TFT-LCD relevant equipment engineering (include gas plants system design and operation experiences, Facility equipment suppliers gas/chemical design and operation experiences) FAC Workplace •Good communication with TMs, include TMs with Managers •Good opportunity for operation and construction experience •Good culture, people culture and friendly workplace in FAC
