Applicants must have a background in one of the following: · Graduate program in Animal Science · Veterinary program (undergraduate or graduate) · Graduate program in Food Science [Key Responsibilities] Develop and execute brand strategies for pet-related products, including multichannel marketing plans in Southeast Asia, entry strategies, operating strategies, and online marketing initiatives. Collect and analyze market intelligence in the following countries:Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Formulate and implement tailored market strategies based on local insights. Explore and build innovative business expansion models. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers from other product lines. [Language & Travel Requirements] Must be comfortable with large volumes of English and/or Southeast Asian language materials. Occasional international travel (4–10 days per trip) is required for exhibitions or conferences. Strong English communication skills are essential. [Compensation Structure] For candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience: Monthly salary starts at NT$50,000 (negotiable). Total annual compensation includes 14–15 months' pay (typically 15+ months), plus performance-based bonuses. Starting annual package is NT$750,000+. For candidates without work experience, salary will be determined by mutual agreement. However, this role is not suitable for someone starting from zero.
