Sales and Business Development Executive

Our company is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our team. This highly experienced professional will be responsible for managing and supporting B2B clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, and driving business growth through excellent relationship management. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs, maintain high levels of client engagement, and identify opportunities for upselling within the existing client base. Duties and Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.You will also act as the liaison between our company, third-party verification providers, and clients. Account Support: Understand clients’ needs and provide timely and effective solutions, coordinating with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, and support) to ensure customer satisfaction. Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to existing clients, contributing to the achievement of sales targets. Contract and Quotation Management: Prepare and manage quotations, negotiate terms, and review contracts to ensure they meet both client and company expectations. Client Meetings and Communication: Regularly engage with clients through meetings, calls, and emails to discuss their needs, address any issues, and provide updates on relevant products or services. Issue Resolution: Handle any client issues or complaints promptly, ensuring that they are resolved to the client’s satisfaction. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure that client needs are met and that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Performance Tracking: Achieving monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Monitor account performance and client satisfaction, providing regular reports to senior management. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably in the B2B sector. Language: English fluency Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience working in a technology or software-related industry is a plus.
