1. Responsible for PCBA DFx review to ensure design compliance with manufacturing and production processes.
2. Handle stencil design, SMT (Surface Mount Technology) program development, and fixture/tooling outsourcing.
3. Lead SMT and DIP trial production (NPI) processes on the production line, providing technical support and troubleshooting.
4. Optimize operational processes and propose solutions for production bottlenecks to improve overall efficiency.
5. Execute Design of Experiment (DOE) and effectively utilize data analysis tools for evaluation and improvement.
6. Prepare and deliver Daily, Weekly, and Quality Reports. Plan production workflows and develop/maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
