We are looking for a passionate, business-savvy e-Commerce Data PM to join our team. You will be the central data expert for IoTMart, with a clear mission: to dive deep into our diverse datasets (from web analytics, CRM, and ERP) and translate them into actionable product strategies and business insights.

You’re not just an analyst; you’re a builder. You will empower the entire e-commerce team to make smarter, data-driven decisions that directly contribute to IoTMart’s revenue growth.

[What You’ll Do]

  • Data Strategy & Product Roadmap
  1. Own the data product roadmap for IoTMart, defining and aligning the team around our North Star Metric and core KPIs.

  2. Partner with stakeholders across Business Units, Marketing, and IT to translate business needs into clear product requirement documents (PRDs) and executable projects.

  3. Audit, enhance, and monitor our current GA4 and GTM event tracking architecture. You will lead the charge on tracking optimizations and governance to guarantee data integrity from the ground up.

  • User Journey Analysis & Optimization
  1. Conduct deep-dive analysis of the end-to-end user journey—from traffic acquisition to checkout—to identify friction points and optimization opportunities in the conversion funnel.

  2. Develop user segmentation models to drive personalized marketing campaigns and website feature enhancements.

  3. Analyze internal site search data to inform strategies for improving our search algorithm, keyword results, and product recommendation logic.

  • Data Integration & Business Insights
  1. Integrate and synthesize data from Google Analytics, Salesforce (CRM), and SAP, (ERP) to build 360-degree customer profiles.

  2. Proactively deliver data-driven insights to the marketing team to guide lead generation and customer retention strategies.

  3. Design and build automated, self-service dashboards that provide clear, accessible insights into business performance for stakeholders at all levels.

  • Collaborative Experimentation
  1. Collaborate closely with the UI/UX team on A/B testing. Your role will be to formulate hypotheses from a data-centric perspective, define success metrics, and own the post-experiment analysis and interpretation.

  2. Help foster an experiment-driven culture where we continuously test, learn, and iterate.

[What We’re Looking For (Requirements)]

  1. 5+ years of experience in data product management, e-commerce product management, data analysis, or a similar role, with a relevant degree in Information Management, Statistics, Business, or a related field.

  2. Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), with proven, hands-on experience in custom event planning, tracking implementation, and debugging.

  3. Proficiency with at least one major BI visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to create insightful, interactive dashboards.

  4. Experience analyzing data from CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP (e.g., SAP) systems, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end B2B customer lifecycle.

  5. A proven ability to break down complex business problems, identify data requirements, and translate them into well-defined product specifications.

  6. You are an outstanding communicator and collaborator, adept at translating complex data insights into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders.

[Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)]

  1. Proficiency in SQL for independent data extraction and analysis across multiple systems.

  2. Experience in a B2B or DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) e-commerce environment.

  3. Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and tools, such as Google BigQuery.

  4. Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).

  5. Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development framework.
