[General Responsibilities]

  1. Research the influencer landscape for specific customer verticals and identify key influencers for brand promotion.
  2. Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with influencers and influencer agencies.
  3. Collaborate with influencers to promote the brand and its products through digital channels, ensuring key brand and product messages are accurately communicated.
  4. Challenge influencers to promote the brand in creative and innovative ways, beyond basic product mentions.
  5. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and adjust influencer strategies accordingly. -Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to align influencer initiatives with overall brand goals.

[Job Requirements]

  1. Native language proficiency in German and fluency in English.
  2. Proven experience in influencer marketing, relationship building or account management.
  3. Good understanding of digital marketing, social media and how content creators collaborate with brands.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Results-oriented with a proven track record of successful influencer campaigns.
  7. Understanding of and passion for the fashion, beauty or lifestyle industry.
