Fixed-Term Acting Project Manager – Surveillance Recording Systems (Hardware)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of hardware-based surveillance recording system projects. This role requires strong technical acumen, coordination with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, vendors), and deep familiarity with surveillance infrastructure (e.g., NVRs, storage systems, encoders, edge devices). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and confident leading complex, hardware-centric security technology deployments.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end project management of surveillance recording hardware systems: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Coordinate with engineering teams, procurement, external vendors. • Oversee hardware selection and specification (e.g., NVRs, storage servers, encoders, racks). • Ensure products meet performance and compliance standards. • Manage risk, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery within budget. • Track project progress, report status, and maintain documentation. • Maintain compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with software and network teams to ensure system-level compatibility and performance. • Serve as point of contact for vendors (engineering team) and internal stakeholders.
