Join our Biologics team to contribute to mammalian cell protein expression and the generation of stable cell lines, supporting the development of highly manufacturable antibodies and complex biologics, as well as subsequent process development activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a comprehensive upstream biologics development skillset, providing both strong career growth and meaningful technical challenges.

Protein Expression & Production • Perform mammalian cell culture (e.g., CHO, HEK293) and protein expression • Conduct scale-up production and basic manufacturability assessment • Support cloning and vector construction for optimized protein expression

Cell Line Development • Maintain cell banks: thawing, expansion, routine culture, cryopreservation • Participate in stable cell line screening, selection, and workflow optimization • Apply cell engineering tools to improve expression performance o Transposon-based stable integration o CRISPR / gene editing

Cross-functional Collaboration & Data Reporting • Work closely with upstream, downstream, and analytical teams
