Business Development Representative

Job Responsibility: • Execute the company’s business development strategy. • Organize the business and presenting solution proposal to customer needs. • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential customers. • Setting sales goals and endeavor to achieve the targets. • Having ability to complete other sales assignment on request. • Control and monitor the status of project/production effectively. • Domestic and overseas business travels for customer visits and exhibition required. • Weekly report presentation making for project/sales status. Required Skills: • Proven experience in business development(such as cold development) and customer relationship management. • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. • Good on presentation(PPT) making skill. • Cross-department coordination skill. • Ability to analyze technology/market trends and propose effective business solutions. Education and Qualifications: • Fluent English and Mandarin speaking(verbal), listening, reading and writing is MUST. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, especially in a business-related field. • 3 years+ ODM sales experiences at least. • Familiar with IT solution promoting is a plus. • Professional qualifications in the relevant industry will be considered a plus. Experience Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in business development or a related field. • Demonstrated successes in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
