Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the overseas company’s growth and profitability. • Oversee day-to-day operations, including logistics, supply chain management, quality control, and financial management. • Lead and manage a diverse team, ensuring high performance, motivation, and professional development. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service. • Collaborate with the global Transpak team to leverage resources, best practices, and opportunities for synergy. • Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies, maintaining high standards of ethics and integrity. • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for expansion or diversification, and develop effective strategies to capitalize on them.
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in management roles, preferably in the logistics, packaging, or related industries. • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading teams to success. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively. • Strategic thinker with analytical abilities to identify business opportunities and challenges. • Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken. • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving performance. • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
