We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Owner to lead the development of our core technology products, including our back office systems, internal tools, corporate websites, and AI-driven initiatives.This role requires strong English communication skills, as you will collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

  1. Own and drive the roadmap for core systems supporting all company products and operations.
  2. Collaborate across departments and time zones to ensure alignment, progress, and quality delivery.
  3. Translate complex business requirements into clear user stories, wireframes, and Jira tasks with measurable outcomes.
  4. Lead Scrum teams and manage planning, sprints, and retrospectives using Jira and Confluence.
  5. Provide strong leadership and communication to ensure teams fully understand priorities and dependencies.
  6. Oversee product progress, conduct sprint reviews, and ensure smooth collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
  7. Evaluate performance metrics, implement improvements, and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks.
  8. Partner with executives to strategize system enhancements, integrations, and AI-related development initiatives.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally managing multiple concurrent projects.
  2. Strong command of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence.
  3. Excellent written and spoken English; able to lead communication with global teams and stakeholders.
  4. Technical background or strong understanding of software development is highly preferred.
  5. Experience in the iGaming industry (casino, slots, or related systems) is a strong plus.
  6. Skilled in creating wireframes, task documentation, and defining back-office/API features.
  7. Highly organized, analytical, and decisive — capable of setting priorities and ensuring delivery under pressure.
