Join an IPO software company(6906) with over 20 years of experience serving telecom clients across Europe and the Middle East. We’re Hiring one Technical and Marketing Writer (On-site) to support PD Department on documentation works.

What you’ll do: 1.Writing and editing technical content -Work with different departments to understand project needs -Write and edit user guides, technical documents, and internal materials -Use clear and professional English to explain technical topics 2.Creating and maintaining documentation -Gather information from experts and turn it into well-structured documents -Organize materials like manuals, specifications, and process guides -Manage files written in Markdown and stored using Gitbook 3.Working with technical teams -Help organize where documents are stored and how they’re updated -Edit and improve existing content for better accuracy and clarity -Make sure everything is easy to find and up to date 4.Writing marketing and sales content -Turn technical information into content for customers and industry readers -Create and edit materials like case studies, white papers, sales kits, press releases,
slides, infographics, and blog articles -Support communication projects and work with executives and marketing teams to make sure the message is right for different audiences

What we’re looking for: 1.Strong writing skills in both English and Chinese 2.At least 1 years of experience in marketing writing, technical writing, or documentation 3.A basic understanding of software or APIs is a plus 4.Experience in the high-tech or semiconductor industry is highly preferred 5.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field
