T－設備維護技術員（大夜班）Thin Film Equipment （桃園龍潭）

【工作內容】 廠內設備的日常運行與維護，確保生產順暢及品質管控。 此職務需要具備薄膜（Thin film）相關設備及檢測流程的實務經驗。

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment, including PVD, CVD, ELA, ALD and metrology tools.
• Manage lot dispatching and ensure smooth equipment running w/o miss operation.
• Conduct Machine Quality Control (MQC), including particle and thickness monitoring.
• Perform In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), covering glass inspection/thickness monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and optimize SOP.
