We are a software company serving telecom operators in the Middle East and Europe. We are looking for a Sales Assistant with strong English skills, quick thinking, a proactive attitude, and a genuine interest in Sales, to support our experienced Dutch-Chinese Sales VP based in Taiwan.
【Responsibilities】 ● Direct customer communication in English: Assist the Sales Director in communicating with international clients, responding to inquiries, consolidating requirements, and following up on action items. ● Cross-functional coordination (especially between Sales & RD & PM): Act as a bridge between Sales and technical teams to ensure correct understanding of customer needs and proper scheduling of resources. ● Sales support & follow-up: Handle issue tracking, progress updates, task follow-ups, and ensure smooth information flow across teams. ● Administrative support: Manage scheduling, documentation, meeting materials, and presentation preparation.
【Requirements】 ● Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written) and the ability to communicate directly with foreign clients ● Willing and confident to assist the Sales Director in client meetings and direct customer communication ● Strong interest in Sales and international business ● Fast learner, quick thinker, and detail-oriented ● Proactive, responsible, and reliable in task follow-ups ● Strong communication and coordination skills, especially when working with RD and PM teams ● Proficiency with basic office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace)
