Senior Technical Program Manager, CMF

We are currently looking for a Senior Color, Material, and Finish (CMF) Technical Program Manager with a strong PM experience to lead our efforts in creating visually stunning and product-driven technical programs in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
Your Contribution: As a Senior CMF Technical Program Manager, you will lead the seamless technical programs integration of aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability into the Logitech Gaming product lineup. Drawing upon your deep technical expertise and strategic program management capabilities, you will drive innovative CMF processes that enhance product visual appeal, durability, and environmental responsibility. You will partner cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure that CMF technologies uphold Logitech’s commitment to delivering quality, innovation, and customer-centric solutions.
In this role you will: • Innovate & Lead CMF Technology Projects : Spearhead the development and implementation of CMF technology projects that align with Logitech’s priorities. Transform creative ideas into scalable and manufacturable solutions. • Strategic Program Oversight : Deliver CMF roadmap execution in alignment with timelines, budgets, and corporate objectives. Ensure cross-functional alignment and coordination to meet program milestones efficiently and effectively. • Collaborative Design and Engineering Support : Lead high-level program decision-making processes while guiding teams involved in engineering validation and production readiness, ensuring technical accuracy and implementation success. Oversee material R&D efforts from supplier, process feasibility testing, and practical application of CMF technologies. • Supplier Management & Process Optimization : Establish scalable partnerships with CMF, molding, and materials suppliers. Work closely with suppliers to ensure alignment with program needs and a smooth transition through NPI and production ramp-up phases. Optimize processes to meet quality standards and cost-saving opportunities. • Mentorship & Knowledge Transfer : Implement CMF consulting and training programs for global teams, including those in Hsinchu and other regional sites, ensuring knowledge sharing and alignment of CMF practices across stakeholders. • Continuous Improvement Initiatives : Analyze program risks and technical gaps in CMF processes while implementing system audits and corrective action plans to guarantee delivery excellence and superior product outcomes.
