The key role of Senior Marketing Executive is to in-charge of social & digital media, retail marketing campaigns, and support team on implementation of PR/ influencers / event organization.
【Key Responsibilities】
Digital/ social media • Support Marketing head on digital campaign development and execution, including Meta AD / LINE LAP /SEM …etc. • Own LINE Official Account to plan and implement to increase HOFTW database, and drive Online-Merge-Offline • Facebook visual updates, fans request and online RSVP feedback • Prepare monthly digital report including media investment/ social media/ LINE Official Account.
CRM • Upload and manage the customer’s data for each campaign which includes outside event, in-store event and monthly birthday coupon
• Engage potential customers from department store channel through direct mailing potential and MMS • Responsible for customer’s inquiry from Facebook/ LINE
VM/ POP/ eDM • Support seasonal window display • In charge of in-store tool kits (incl. POP, lightbox, tent card…etc)
• Support & consolidate the goods to deliver to HOF boutiques
Event
• Support PR/ VIP/ CRM events. Including venue search and production arrangement.…etc.
Retail Marketing • Act as key contact for SOGO, and Far Eastern series (4 stores). • Responsible for retail channel exposure such as DM, OOH, POP, Facebook, LINE…etc., in and around the department store.
【Qualifications】
• At least 3 years relevant experience in digital Marketing. • Experience in consumer products at retail level in department store environment, experience in fashion or cosmetics products is a plus. • Familiar with PC operation, MS Office, event organization and Excel pivot report is a plus. • Team player and open to taking on extra responsibilities. • Detailed and pleasant personality with a passionate heart.
