As Senior Firmware / Software QA Engineer you will drive the testing, qualification and validation of our video products. This will include collaboration with the webcam engineering team. You will also monitor market trends, conduct competition analysis and inform our innovation roadmap. Your technical background and experience allow you to provide clear and structured feedback to your team members in engineering, product/marketing and UX to support product excellence. You are passionate about products and delivering amazing experiences to enhance the life of millions of people as they create and interact everyday with digital content.

• Conduct validation testing on webcam and video products to ensure compliance with quality standards and functionality requirements • Learn, implement, and document validation plans, ensuring thorough coverage of technical specifications • Operate lab equipment and utilize test benches to assess and verify product performance • Identify, document, and track software and firmware bugs, actively collaborating with relevant teams for resolution • Communicate any events or issues impacting the project timeline or product quality to peers and stakeholders in a timely manner • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement and proposing actionable solutions • Perform competitor product analysis to benchmark features, performance, and image quality, informing development and positioning strategies • Conduct both subjective and objective image quality testing, utilizing standardized methods and user feedback to evaluate overall visual performance
