Senior Finance Manager / Project Finance Manager

· Lead financial modeling and project evaluation for asset injections, acquisitions, licensing, and strategic investments.

· Conduct project finance tracking, investment performance monitoring, and ensure alignment with strategic and financial targets.

· Prepare valuation analyses (e.g., DCF, comparable analysis, transaction benchmarks) and financial impact assessments for management and board decision-making.

· Drive consolidation and group reporting in compliance with IFRS and German GAAP, coordinating monthly and quarterly reporting packages from subsidiaries.

· Support due diligence and M&A activities, including financial analysis, risk assessment, integration planning, and milestone monitoring.

· Assist with external audit coordination and provide required documentation to auditors in both Asia and Europe.

· Ensure financial reporting quality aligned with Frankfurt Stock Exchange requirements and support capital market materials for investor briefings and corporate filings.

· Develop financial presentations, reports, business cases, and executive summaries for senior leadership.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams across finance, legal, business development, and R&D.

· Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
