Sales Manager
Own a personal sales quota and drive pipeline generation in assigned verticals.
Conduct client meetings, understand customer pain points, and propose solutions.
Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and solution architects to prepare proposals.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM with deal progress.
Report weekly/monthly sales forecasts to the Sales Director or VP.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing models.
