R&D Line Equipment and Process Associate Engineer

Simple equipment maintenance and troubleshooting skills are preference.
Operate a variety of R&D equipment to support process development and engineering builds.
Assist in equipment setup, calibration, preventative maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Handle engineering materials, components, and parts, including receiving, storing, and tracking usage.
Support build execution by preparing tools, materials, and equipment, and recording process results.
Work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to implement trials and test plans.
Follow standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and cleanroom or lab guidelines.
Document and communicate issues clearly for resolution and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with vendors and internal facility teams for equipment move-in and support activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and above with 2+ years working experiences in science and engineering related field.
- 2+ years working in clean room environment for equipment and process operation.
- Can read and follow technical instructions in both English and Mandarin.
- Flexibility of work shift including day shift or 2 days on/2 days off.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with equipment used in mechanical assembly, bonding, coating, dispensing or optical alignment.
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting and maintenance techniques.
- Familiarity with engineering build processes and material handling.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or in a fast-paced team environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
