PM for Outsourcing
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development & Customization • Lead the adaptation and customization of outsourced products to meet market-specific requirements, including branding, packaging, labeling, and accessory configurations. • Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to define product specifications and ensure alignment with usability, quality, and commercial expectations. • Ensure all customer-facing materials—including product presentation, manuals, and accessories—are developed in line with Microlife standards and local regulations.
Product Readiness & Internal Collaboration • Coordinate internal teams—including sales, marketing, regulatory, and logistics—to ensure smooth execution and timely product readiness. • Oversee artwork finalization, labeling approval, packaging development, and sampling processes across departments. • Monitor key readiness milestones, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure all launch-critical elements are delivered according to schedule. • Serve as the primary liaison for internal alignment, maintaining clear communication across functions and with suppliers.
Market Launch & Lifecycle Support • Support product launch activities by preparing materials, coordinating sample distribution, and assisting with product training or inquiries. • Collect and evaluate feedback from sales teams and customers, and work with relevant teams to implement continuous improvements. • Collaborate with RA/QA teams to support documentation maintenance, product updates, and regulatory follow-ups when needed.
Supplier Onboarding • Assist in the onboarding process of new suppliers, including coordination of samples, technical materials, and internal review steps. • Support supplier qualification efforts led by senior managers and QA, ensuring proper documentation is collected and verified. • Help maintain up-to-date supplier records and product data throughout the onboarding and production lifecycle.
