Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant (Taiwan Region)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft D365 / Business Central Functional Consultant to join our team in Taiwan office. Who are we? Job Description You will work closely with the project manager, technical consultants, and business analysts to understand the client’s business processes, requirements, and challenges. You will also provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure the client’s satisfaction and success. Responsibilities • Analyze the client’s business needs and map them to the Dynamics 365 Business Central functionalities • Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 Business Central application according to the client’s specifications • Perform data migration, integration, and testing of the Dynamics 365 Business Central solution • Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for the Dynamics 365 Business Central solution • Identify and resolve issues and risks related to the Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation • Collaborate with the project team and the client to ensure the project’s quality, scope, budget, and timeline Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field • At least 4 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV • Strong knowledge of the Dynamics 365 Business Central functionalities, modules, and best practices • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV is a plus Requested Profile • Taiwan ARC / Working VISA / Taiwan Resident VISA (ARC or Working VISA is not provided) • Diploma or above in Computer Science or relevant working experience • 3-5 years working experience in helpdesk or IT support • Experience in Microsoft 365, Office, Windows 10/11 • Experience in handling client support calls and provides on-site troubleshooting support • Good problem solving and communication skills • Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written are required) • Cantonese is a plus for HK-based candidates (能說流利的廣東話加分) Benefits • Competitive salary and bonus package • Professional development and career growth opportunities • Microsoft Certification Support • Flexible Work Environment – 5-day workweek, annual leave package, and strong career growth opportunities.
