Materials Program Management

Job Responsibilities: Drive material readiness for mass production builds in a balanced and sustained fashion. Ensure smooth product transitions. Be the primary material liaison with ODM/CM/Suppliers and New Product Introduction/Enterprise Performance Management internal to customer for product bring up and launch. Identify supply chain risks and mitigation steps to ensure material readiness one a product goes into mass production and through End of Life (EOL). Communicate status, risks, and influence change. Drive initiatives and process improvements to help the team to become more scalable. Represent the materials organization in internal program meetings. Confirmation and monitoring purchase orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery and communication with internal customers to resolve receiving and accounts payable discrepancies. Direct order placement using the Oracle Purchasing module. Skills/Required Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above, preferably in operations or business. Minimum of 5 years electronical product manufacturing supply chain management experience. Expert of material, production planning, delivery and vendor management. Knowledgeable lean manufacturing techniques. Bias for action and change, strong problem solving skills. Logical, strong analytical skill. Experience use of MRP system and MS Office. Strong negotiation skills, sourcing knowledge and experience. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Convincible leader ship and experience of working in matrix report organization. Fluent English of speaking, writing and reading.
