Logistics Manager

The Logistics Manager, Taiwan is responsible for managing Warehouse external service provider to execute end-to-end logistical business processes of Pall’s Distribution Center (DC), including Import/Export, Customs, Warehousing and Inbound/Outbound Transportation of Taiwan region. This position provides an opportunity to learn commercial execution and Danaher Business System.

This position reports to the ComOps Leader, Taiwan and is part of the APAC Commercial Operations team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: • Perform the strategic and operational leadership of the Logistics Function • Partner with external logistics providers to execute logistics initiatives and digitalization to improve customer experience.
• Responsible for the Taiwan KPI performance and seamless operations of outsourced 3PL (3rd party logistics) warehousing and freight forwarders in meeting the deployed KPIs.
• Execution of key performance indicators (KPIs) and the continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, through data gathering, data analysis, measures and metrics development, and process optimization.
• Monitoring and controlling Taiwan Logistics Cost, including driving logistics cost savings projects.
• Taiwan Customer Logistics Complaint Management, including timely resolutions, root cause analysis and driving sustainable solutions.
• Manage the external service provider Contracting and SLA for warehousing and transportation.
