【How You’ll Make an Impact】

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, including Turbine Supply Agreements and Service and Maintenance Agreements. • Provide legal advice to business partners, helping to prevent, detect and mitigate risks, and to support business goals. • Provide training to business partners, helping to ensure consistent understanding of basic concepts. • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. • Manage external counsels.
