Purpose of this Position： This Headquarters-based position leads hands-on SAP upgrade activities, Finance process improvements, and compliance initiatives to enable next-generation Finance operations. The role collaborates with Finance worldwide, IT, and business teams, contributing to operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Major Areas of Responsibility：

1. Lead and support SAP system upgrades and enhancements (SAP HANA, reporting tools, Workflow/BPM) to improve functionality, compliance, and user experience within Finance operations.
2. Map, analyze, and optimize end-to-end (E2E) accounting and Finance processes to support system upgrades and drive process standardization across business units.
3. Assess emerging technologies and propose actionable solutions to improve Finance operations, offering insightful and constructive recommendations to senior management
4. Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and business teams to gather requirements, coordinate implementation of system and process improvements, and contribute to change management initiatives.
5. Develop, review, and continuously improve Finance policies, processes, and procedures, leveraging upgraded systems to strengthen efficiency, control, and governance.
6. Participate in internal audits, ensuring sound internal controls, data accuracy, and proper documentation in line with compliance requirements.
7. Undertake additional duties or projects assigned by management.
