技術支援經理- FAE Manager (Taipei)

負責公司 V2X 模組(C-V2X PC5、DSRC)於客戶端從概念、設計、驗證到量產的全流程售前與售後技術支援。您將成為系統整合商、車載終端廠商、網通設備商、智慧交通業者的第一線技術窗口,協助業務團隊技術支援並協助客戶順利完成設計整合( Design win)。 1.主要工作內容 -客戶技術支援(50%) -提供 V2X 模組硬體設計支援(RF layout、天線設計、與 4G/5G/Wi-Fi/GNSS 共存、電源與熱管理) -協助客戶整合 C-V2X PC5 協定堆疊(3GPP Rel-14/15/16)、ASN.1 UPER 編解碼、SAE J2735/ETSI ITS 訊息 -支援 V2X 資安功能導入(IEEE 1609.2 證書、誤導訊息偵測、HSM 整合) -使用協定分析工具除錯(Wireshark、QXDM、PC5 log、NPAP、V2X Analyzer) -協助客戶完成模組認證(GCF、PTCRB、CE、FCC、NCC)

2.售前與設計支援(25%) -與業務團隊共同對客戶進行技術簡報、產品路標說明與教育訓練 -製作 PoC 與參考設計,加速客戶評估與採用 -參與國內外客戶技術會議、展會與 workshop

3.內部協作與產品優化(25%) 收集客戶反饋,協助研發優化文件、工具與功能 製作並更新 Application Note、整合指南、FAQ 參與新產品規格討論與未來路標規劃

必備條件 -電機、電子、資訊、通訊相關科系大學以上 -5 年以上 4G/5G、Wi-Fi、GNSS、IoT、LPWA 等無線通訊模組 FAE 或系統應用工程師經驗 -熟悉嵌入式 Linux 開發與除錯 -熟悉 RF 基礎與天線設計,能獨立進行 layout review -熟悉以下至少兩種介面:UART、USB、PCIe、SDIO、SPI、I²C -熟悉協定分析工具:Wireshark、QXDM、QPST、XCAL、QCAT 等 -具備 C 與 Python 程式除錯與腳本能力 -具備英文技術溝通能力

加分條件(非必要) 曾參與 C-V2X、DSRC 或任何 V2X 相關專案 熟悉 ASN.1、SAE J2735、ETSI ITS 訊息格式 熟悉 Automotive Ethernet、CAN-FD、SOME/IP 有車規認證(AEC-Q100、ISO 26262、IATF 16949)經驗 熟悉 V2X 資安(IEEE 1609.2、SCMS)

Job Summary: The Field Application Engineer (FAE) provides comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales technical support for the company’s V2X modules (C-V2X PC5 and DSRC). You will serve as the primary technical interface for system integrators, telematics vendors, networking equipment manufacturers, and smart transportation companies, helping them successfully integrate our modules from concept through mass production while assisting the sales team in securing design wins.

Key Responsibilities- 1.Customer Technical Support (50%) -Provide hardware design support for V2X modules (RF layout, antenna design, coexistence with 4G/5G/Wi-Fi/GNSS, power and thermal management) -Assist customers in integrating C-V2X PC5 protocol stack (3GPP Rel-14/15/16), ASN.1 UPER encoding/decoding, and SAE J2735 / ETSI ITS message sets -Support V2X security implementation (IEEE 1609.2 certificates, misbehavior detection, HSM integration) -Debug issues using protocol analyzers (Wireshark, QXDM, PC5 logs, NPAP, V2X analyzers) -Help customers complete module certification (GCF, PTCRB, CE, FCC, NCC)

2.Pre-sales & Design-Win Support (25%) -Deliver technical presentations, product roadmap sessions, and training together with the sales team -Develop Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and reference designs to accelerate customer evaluation -Attend domestic and international customer meetings, trade shows, and workshops.

3.Internal Collaboration & Product Improvement (25%) -Collect customer feedback to help R&D improve documentation, tools, and features -Create and maintain Application Notes, integration guides, and FAQs Participate in new product specification discussions and future roadmap planning

Required Qualifications- -Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communication Engineering, or related fields -5+ years of FAE or system application engineering experience with wireless communication modules (4G/5G, Wi-Fi, GNSS, IoT, LPWA) -Hands-on experience with embedded Linux development and debugging Solid RF fundamentals and antenna design knowledge; able to perform layout review independently -Familiar with at least two of the following interfaces: UART, USB, PCIe, SDIO, SPI, I²C Proficient with protocol analysis tools: Wireshark, QXDM, QPST, XCAL, QCAT, etc. Programming and debugging skills in C and Python -Technical communication skills in English
