Key Responsibilities ▼Serve as a full-cycle consultant: handle business development, client communication, and service delivery ▼Proactively identify business opportunities, conduct regular client visits, and maintain diverse client relationships ▼Build and nurture industry partnerships, including potential clients and candidates ▼Source and screen high-skilled talent globally, guiding them smoothly through the recruitment process ▼Deliver recruitment solutions to meet international client expectations under tight deadlines ▼Achieve individual and team performance targets, enhance talent retention, and generate new business opportunities ▼Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: candidate screening, interview scheduling, visa support, offer letters, and post-placement follow-up ▼Collaborate closely with business managers and team leads to understand project needs and propose effective solutions.
