HR Manager
The HR Manager is responsible for responsible for providing HR partnership to the Pall team in Taiwan. Responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives focused on achieving business objectives. Provides hands-on human resources expertise in the areas of talent development, coaching & mentoring, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compensation and more. Utilizes a data-driven, solution-oriented approach to solve problems with a growth-oriented mindset. Proactively manages the relationship to ensure good communication and collaboration. This is a newly created role which will be part of an entirely fresh set of hires that is brought in for an aggressive growth plan we have in Pall in Taiwan and predominantly focused on the MicroE business unit.
Job Description: • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR strategy, policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business. • Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals. • Execute various HR initiatives with impact to supporting organization-wide needs under the guidance by managers and global team. • Provide HR expertise in the areas of employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and OD. • Lead core HR processes like performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions. • Partner with TM to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance. • Work with Global & APAC HR team on Global Project, Kaizen Project and APAC initiatives.
