Full-time teacher / Head of HR.
Position Details:
This will be a full-time teaching role, with an estimated 25 class hours per week and associated reporting, paperwork, etc.
The person in this role will be responsible for the HR needs of the organization, including but not limited to: recruiting new teaching staff, conducting interviews and teaching demos, assisting with onboarding of new staff, and updating staff profiles.
Other duties of the job will include: participating in meetings with prospective clients and occasionally assisting other administrative tasks (e.g. invoicing, scheduling).
Requirements:
Must be a passport holder from a native English-speaking country.
Must possess a B.A. or higher.
Must be able to teach either English or math through high school.
Ideally, will have 5+ years of relevant prior experience (preference will be given to those with experience in both teaching and administrative work).
Must be able to fulfill all the requirements of a Taiwan work permit.
Benefits:
Starting salary $70k/month, to rise to $73k/month after 3-month probationary period.
$20k bonus at the completion of each 12-month period of employment.
Yearly expenses-paid company trip. Previous destinations include Japan, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
