Full Stack WebApp Developer

[Responsibilities]

• Develop and maintain the company’s external-facing website, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Design and implement a scalable architecture to support future expansion and maintenance by other engineers.
• Build and maintain product operation and management interfaces, ensuring functionality, usability, and visual consistency.
• Implement new features, monitor functionality, and continuously improve the user experience (UX).
• Develop and maintain the internal UI library to promote design consistency and accelerate development across teams.
• Ensure the UI library is scalable, well-documented, and easily adoptable by other developers.
• Support ongoing maintenance, optimization, and refactoring of front-end systems as needed.

[ Requirements ]

• Strong proficiency in React and its ecosystem (e.g., React Router, Redux, Hooks, etc.).
• Solid understanding of front-end development workflows, including build tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub).
• Experience in responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.

[ Nice to Have ]

• Basic understanding of database operations (CRUD, simple queries).
• Some knowledge of infrastructure or DevOps concepts (e.g., CI/CD, deployment pipelines, automation).
• Familiarity with AI tools or techniques for front-end automation, code generation, or UX enhancement.
