  1. Multi-Platform Deep Operation: Proficient in the operational logic, content formats, and user ecosystems of mainstream social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  2. Trend Awareness and Innovation: Possesses a keen sensitivity to the latest algorithm changes and feature updates (e.g., Reels, Stories, Live Commerce/Live Shopping) across social platforms, and the ability to rapidly integrate them into marketing campaigns.
  3. KOL/KOC Resource Expansion: Extensive experience in proactively identifying, screening, and building collaborative relationships with content creators/influencers (KOL/KOC) across various tiers (from nano to macro).
  4. Collaboration Performance Evaluation: Ability to establish clear collaboration specifications and negotiation standards, and accurately evaluate the resulting exposure, traffic, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) from KOL partnerships using data analytics tools or platform reports.
  5. Content Vetting & Compliance: Strong capability in reviewing cooperative content for brand alignment and professional standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  6. Knowledge of B2C marketing, CRM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO strategies preferred.
  7. Budget Analysis and Optimization: Capable of independently managing and analyzing Budget Allocation across multiple marketing campaigns.

  1. Possesses 3+ years experience.
  2. Intermediate or above proficiency in both Chinese and English.
