【Primary Responsibilities】

  1. Quotation and itinerary planning for Japan group tours; product listing
  2. Product marketing channels and sales performance
  3. Confirming tour details; coordinating with local attractions or venues in Japan
  4. Assisting with group tour arrangements and client communication
  5. Other tasks assigned by supervisors

【Challenges of the Position】

  1. High stability required; frequent communication and coordination with tour guides, drivers, and travelers
  2. Crisis management (e.g., customer complaints, traveler injuries, lost travelers)
  3. Flexibility and quick logical thinking

【Requirements】

  1. Proficient in Japanese (Japanese nationals living in Taiwan are welcome)
  2. Able to communicate in Chinese; intermediate or above level in English
  3. Familiar with Tokyo and surrounding areas

【Preferred Qualifications】

  1. Experience working in a travel agency is a plus
