Customer Quality Engineer
The Customer Quality Engineer is responsible in supporting customers and Sales teams by resolving quality complaints, addressing product issues, and responding to quality-related requests. In this role, you will be part of the customer account management team, helping to strengthen customer relationships and support business growth. You will act as the quality liaison between customers and Pall manufacturing sites, ensuring clear communication and effective resolution of quality matters.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Global MicroE Customer and Systems Quality and is part of the Quality and Regulatory Affairs located in Hsinchu, Taiwan and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead customer complaint resolution by coordinating with manufacturing plants, managing root cause investigations, reviewing CAPAs and 8D reports, and presenting findings directly to customers.
Respond to product enquiries by engaging with customers, leveraging manufacturing knowledge, and facilitating sample analysis when needed.
Manage customer QMS surveys and assessments by consolidating responses across sites, coordinating improvements, and ensuring clear communication with customers.
Support EHS and regulatory requests by working with manufacturing and corporate teams to provide accurate compliance declarations (e.g., RoHS, REACH).
Coordinate change control notifications by understanding site changes, preparing tailored communication packages, and following up on customer requests.
