Content Marketing Specialist (North America)

We are novium, a Taiwan-based product design company. Our brand spirit revolves around embracing challenges and exploring the unknown. We are drawn to the excitement of creating unprecedented products. Through continuous exploration and experimentation, we strive to deliver innovative and refined designs, offering our customers refreshing and unique choices.

While our brand’s current focus is primarily on pens, novium’s future is not limited to this category. We are eager to explore any products that align with our brand philosophy, aiming to launch 1-2 new products each year.

Over 95% of novium’s sales come from overseas markets. We work with distributors in multiple countries and operate our own website and Amazon stores in Europe and North America. Since launching our first Hoverpen in 2018, we have sold enough units to stack over 70 Taipei 101 skyscrapers.In 2024, we achieved a remarkable annual revenue of 270 million TWD.

Our brand’s growth is driven by insights gained through long-term DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) sales and collaborations with international distributors to validate market preferences. A significant portion of our revenue and profits comes from our North American Amazon storefront, launched in 2021. Given this success, we are highly optimistic about the future of our U.S. website. ● Job Objectives

Assist in managing Novium’s North American community and make our uniquely designed products visible to more people, creating limitless potential for our brand in the North American market. This role requires a creator attuned to the North American market, capable of writing captivating stories that resonate with our audience and effectively drive conversions on our e-commerce platform and marketing campaigns.

● Job Description

  • Research, analyze and understand our audience to ensure targeted and effective copywriting.
  • Develop and execute a range of e-commerce-related copywriting, including product page copy, landing pages, etc.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to write brand-aligned marketing EDMs and analyze and improve their effectiveness.
  • Write engaging and sales-driven content for social media ads, Kickstarter campaigns, etc.
  • Optimize all content for SEO to increase online visibility and traffic.
  • Manage our official North American brand social media accounts (IG, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Handle North American customer service, ensuring a great customer experience and strong brand relationships.
  • Potential additional tasks assigned by your supervisor.

  • Option to work remotely one day per week; we value task completion over work location.
  • Fixed office hours from 1 PM to 6 PM daily, with flexible scheduling for other hours.

● Job Requirements

  • Native English speaker or at least 5 years of experience in the United States.
  • Rich experience in e-commerce and marketing copywriting, with a portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of consumer psychology and how to create copy that converts.
  • Ability to adapt and retain brand tone across various formats and channels.
  • Proficient in SEO and related tools. • Strong communication skills and an open mind to new experiences. • Good self-management skills, must be able to organize oneself and be accountable.
