This position includes working closely with our established foundry and ASIC design partners as well as identifying and developing opportunities related to the next generation of Data Center Artificial Intelligence acceleration designs across Asia. You will drive preference and adoption of Micron’s industry-leading portfolio of HBM, LPDDR, GDDR, DDR, and other advanced memory products. The focus will be on engaging with both established and emerging AI hardware companies, understanding their unique needs, and fostering strong partnerships. Additionally, you will manage relationships with foundry partners and ASIC designers. Key Responsibilities: • Manage Existing Engagements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance relationships with current HBM customers, ensuring commercial success. Coordinate with foundry partners as part of our AI Solutions Product Management team to support successful customer bring-ups. • Market Analysis and Partner Development: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify and scope potential key partners within the target markets. • Capture Requirements: Gather and document technical and business requirements from potential and existing customers to better align Micron’s offerings with market needs and customers' needs with Micron’s roadmap. • Facilitate Collaboration: Work closely with key internal partners to drive strategic alignment and business direction, fostering collaboration to achieve strategic and business goals. • Monitor Market Dynamics: Analyze, report, and educate on the latest trends and dynamics within the Data Center Artificial Intelligence hardware marketplace to aid in strategic decisions. • Strategic Exploration: Lead and participate in initiatives to explore new business models and opportunities for memory solutions in the Data Center Artificial Intelligence space. Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of related experience in business development management or similar roles. • Education: MBA or advanced degree in engineering, business, or a related field is a plus. • Background: Strong background in semiconductors, Artificial Intelligence hardware/software ecosystems, or related technology industries. Experience with ASIC design and foundry partners is a plus. • Skills: Proven ability to manage cross-functional strategy projects and engage with executive-level stakeholders. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Experience with customer-facing roles.
