  1. Proactively develop potential business opportunities through inbound calls, cold outreach, and participation in industry events.

  2. Research target customers, identify key decision-makers, and actively build connections to expand sales pipelines.

  3. Engage with decision-makers from companies of various sizes to promote conversational AI solutions and spark interest in collaboration.

  4. Conduct high-level exploratory meetings with potential clients to deeply understand their operational challenges and potential needs.

  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop presentations, proposals, and tailored solutions that align with customer goals and drive deal closures.

  6. Actively participate in industry events (e.g., trade shows, association activities) to stay informed of market dynamics and innovation trends.

  7. Continuously explore innovative marketing activities, service directions, and channel strategies to drive business growth.

  8. Stay informed about competitors and market trends to develop and strengthen the company’s unique value propositions.

  9. Develop deep familiarity with the company’s conversational AI product portfolio and stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements.

  10. This role will work closely with the Business Development Lead to drive growth in the Taiwan market, with opportunities to build and lead the sales and customer success team.
