People Responsibility: N

• To develop business strategy and marketing campaigns to drive new card acquisition across customer segments and channels
• Responsible for the growth of credit card base and portfolio health
• Responsible for the delivery of new digital initiative related to customer onboarding for retail products
• Work with multiple channels to deliver business results, both on Digital and Face to Face channels
• Work with Analytic, Risk and other stakeholders to drive portfolio health
• Ensure full compliance with Group policy, GIM/BIM/FIM, local regulators
