About the job: • Accountability for Asia sales results • Actively work together with the Asia Sales and respective Country Managers, including distributors, to Identify, acquire, manage, and develop new opportunities, accounts, and/or applications for our products • Support pricing negotiations with key accounts • Support the development and implementation of Key Account strategies. • Drive the New Business Opportunity pipeline to build up the funnel to maximize business • Establish and nurture strategic high-level executive relationships with major customers • Contribute to developing Business Unit and Corporate strategic plans. • Provide industry expertise on the “voice of customer”, economic, product, and technological trends • Identify and modify/add sales resources, direct and/or indirect to grow within the market segment • Advise on underpenetrated market segments or changes to routes to market to maximize customer access • Develop sales metrics, goals, and review processes • Actively develop tools and processes to provide a sales forecast for each product line to assist product management and production • Provide insight to Product Management and Engineering in New Product Development ideas. • Track the progress of sales and marketing initiatives • Maintain a detailed and comprehensive knowledge of the product line and the value proposition within specific applications • Monitor and report the competitive landscape • Collaboration closely with cross-functional resources to provide global sales with presentation material that effectively articulates the value proposition of product/solution offerings. • Analyze and monitor markets/industry segments for opportunities, trends, and future developments concerning business and product development in OEM About you: • University Degree in a technical field (electronics preferred), MBA is a plus • 10+ Years of professional experience in Business Development roles within a worldwide electronics manufacturing company • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the relevant market and industry segments • Comfortable discussing engineering concepts/principles with customer design engineers in the field and internal FAE • Experience mapping markets and segments including TAM/SAM/CAGR evaluation by multiple means • Ability to develop and conduct technical training seminars, webinars, and training modules. • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening communication skills • Ability to analyze results and communicate findings effectively to all internal stakeholders • Multi-language skills a plus • Fluency in English Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
