Business Development Manager

Function Description: The Business Development Manager is responsible for leading and scaling the sales operations in the semiconductor and optical industries within Taiwanese market, driving Sales growth, and establishing the company’s brand and presence in the market. Main Responsibilities and Duties: • Report timely sales activities, project status, market situation, etc; • Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts and new resources. • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to ensure alignment with the company’s global objectives and market potential in Taiwan. • Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities within the semiconductor and optical industry sectors. • Create long-term business development strategies, ensuring the sustainment and growth of market share within the region. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions. • Maintain a deep understanding of the Taiwanese semiconductor and optical industry, including market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates. • Provide market insights and feedback to global teams to support the adaptation of strategies and products to local market conditions. • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve or exceed sales objectives. • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales activities, market developments, and strategic initiatives.
